1. Scope
These terms apply to the use of Bobarium, provided by Owsianowski GbR, Rheinackerstr. 4, 47495 Rheinberg.
2. Conclusion of contract
An account is created on request. We review every request by hand; a contract is concluded when the account is activated. There is no entitlement to an account.
3. Services and plans

4. Prices and payment

5. Term and end
Paid plans are booked once, for 12 months (annual plan) or 6 months (half-year plan); the term is shown with the plan. You pay once – there is no subscription. The plan does not renew automatically and you do not need to cancel. When the term ends, the free plan applies automatically. 6. Your content

- You only upload content that you have the necessary rights to and in which no persons are recognisable without their consent, where the law requires this.
- You label images and videos created or edited with AI accordingly.
- All rights to your content remain with you. You only allow us to store it and display it as you set it up, and to create technically necessary copies (e.g. resized images, backups).
7. Blocking and removing content
We may block or remove albums or content if they violate laws, third-party rights or these terms, or if there is a well-founded suspicion. You will be told the reason and can request release. In the case of serious or repeated violations we may block or terminate your account.
8. Availability and liability
We strive for trouble-free operation but do not owe uninterrupted availability. We back up data regularly, but you should still keep important originals yourself. [LIABILITY HAVE REVIEWED BY LAWYER]

11. Final provisions
